Returns Policy

Parts or accessories must be in new, unused and resaleable condition in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping except return is a result of our errors (incorrect or defective item).

If you need to return an item, please email us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will send you an instruction for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Preparing and packaging of the products will take up to 2 business days (not include weekends or holidays).

We ship the package via EMS (Express Mail Servce), Airparcel and Airmail and it usually will take 5-14 business days to deliver depends on your destination. The delivery time may also vary due to custom delay. So if you don't receive the package within the estimated time, please email us.
